Once you book a talent in theright.fit system, they'll be sent an alert to let them know you've selected them for the job and the details of the agreement (date, rate, etc).
48hrs after the job is successfully completed, the funds will be directly released from escrow to the talent. Less hassle less paperwork for you!
They will be safely and securely paid straight to their bank account, and you will receive an invoice for the work completed directly to your email. That's one of the many benefits of using theright.fit :)
