How do I use Message Filters?

You can use the filters by navigating to your message inbox and selecting the appropriate filter:

 
  • Enquiries: View new, standalone requests or queries.
  • Chats: Access ongoing conversations and replied messages.
Additional customization options allow you to filter by message type (e.g., campaign invites, package requests) or context (e.g., active collaborations vs. new opportunities).
