When you post a job on theright.fit, you will have the option to set the usage requirements of your job - for example, ‘Australia, Online & Magazine, 12 months’ and this creates a legally binding contract for usage.
The rate that you list in your project covers you for the talents shoot time, and the usage listed in the project. Please make sure you factor in usage into the rate you are paying the talent.
Any usage outside of this needs to be negotiated and paid through theright.fit. If you need to pay rollovers or additional usages other than what was originally listed in your budget, you can do so via the 'Additional Payment' option on the job listing.
