Once your job is approved, you can invite talent to apply for the job you have listed.
Simply go to the profile page of the talent you’d like to invite and use the blue ‘Invite to Job’ button. Just write them a personal message to invite them to apply.

If they’re interested and available, they’ll apply and send you a message back .
You will be able to view all your applicants on the 'My Jobs' section of your account.
