Once your job is approved, you can invite talent to apply for the job you have listed.
To do this, go to 'Browse Talent' and hover over the 'Browse All' for Models or Actors section.
From there, you can use various filters and keywords to refine your search. Once you've found the talent you're interested in, click the 'Invite to Job' button at the top right side, and select the person you'd like to invite.
If they’re interested and available, they’ll apply and send you a message back.
You will be able to view all your applicants on the 'My Jobs' section of your account.
