Yes. The Right Fit has a built-in chat feature that allows clients and talent to connect directly. You can use it to send messages, upload attachments, and share YouTube or Vimeo links for casting videos.
Once a talent is officially booked for a job, you’re allowed to exchange personal contact details such as email addresses and phone numbers—similar to other marketplaces. This helps ensure a smooth workflow while keeping both parties protected by contracts and insurance.
Important:
If personal details (like websites, social media links, email addresses, phone numbers, or mailing addresses) are shared before a booking is confirmed, the system will show a warning and notify our support team.
If someone repeatedly tries to share these details without a confirmed booking, our customer service team will follow up to ensure platform safety and compliance.
