Why is there a difference between the amount on the creator's invoice and the bank transaction when paying through Stripe?

This discrepancy is due to Stripe’s 2% processing fee for handling campaign payments. The fee is added on top of the invoice total when the payment is processed, which may result in a higher amount appearing in your bank transaction.

Example:

If a creator’s invoice totals $1,000, Stripe will add a 2% processing fee ($20), and the total charged to your card or account will be $1,020.
