We understand that sometimes things change and you need to cancel a booking.
If you need to cancel the talent you have booked, please follow these steps:
Go to 'My Jobs', then look for the Job title where the talent is booked and select 'View Applicants'
Go to the 'Booked' tab and locate the desired talent
Click the 'Edit' button on the talent you wish to cancel
A window will appear on your screen
Look for the trashbin icon on the right side of the talent's name (in the same row)
Click the trash bin ico,n and a pop-up window will appear
Don't forget to put the reason for cancelling the booking
Finally, click the ‘Cancel’ button
It is also helpful to let the talent impacted know why the job was cancelled to manage expectations. You can do this in the messaging tool.
If you need to cancel all of the talent you have booked on a particular job, you can use the “Cancel Job” button on the booking if cancelling the entire job in full.
Please be aware that jobs cancelled within 24 hours of the start date of the commencement will require approval. Once your request is approved, the payment will automatically be refunded.
