If you’re having trouble signing in using your Magic Link, you can use a 6-digit verification code instead.
Follow these steps to access your account:
Open the login page in a regular browser window (not through an email preview).
Select Brand as your account type.
Enter your registered work email address and click Sign in.
Wait until you see the message: “Check your email for a sign-in magic link.”
Keep the login page open. You don’t need to click the Magic Link sent to your email.
Wait at least 1 minute before proceeding. Requesting a code too soon may trigger an email rate limit.
On the same login page, click “Having trouble with the magic link?”
Wait for the confirmation message indicating that a 6-digit verification code has been sent.
Check your inbox for the latest email and copy the 6-digit code. Do not click any links in the email.
Return to the login page and enter the code into the verification boxes.
Once all six digits have been entered, the code will automatically submit, and you should be able to access your account.
