Free and Growth are for brands and agencies running creator campaigns. Both let you share a brief, review applicants, message creators and agree the work through a Proposal. Here's how they compare.
Free has no monthly subscription. You can run one paid campaign at a time.
Your applicants become available gradually: up to three a day, with all applicants available within 14 days of your campaign going live. When you pay a creator, a 20% TRF service fee is added to their fee.
AI creator vetting and Matchie's decision assistant aren't included on Free. You can prepare a gifting-only draft, but you'll need Growth to share it with creators.
Growth gives you access to applicants as soon as they apply and lowers your TRF service fee to 4%. It also includes:

Your team shares these benefits. Team members don't need a separate paid upgrade.
With Growth, you choose between 1 and 10 campaign slots. Each slot lets you run one active campaign at a time.
For example, three slots let you run three campaigns at once. When you close one, you can use that slot for another. Draft and closed campaigns don't take up slots.
Choose the total number of slots you need in one subscription. Separate subscriptions don't combine to give you more slots.
Growth is billed monthly. Australian pricing is in AUD; pricing elsewhere is in USD.
Your first slot costs A$79 or US$49 per month. Each additional slot costs A$60 or US$40 per month, up to a total of 10 slots.

The AUD subscription prices above include GST. Creator payments and your TRF service fee are separate from the subscription. Check the final amount at checkout.
Closing a campaign frees up its slot, but your subscription stays at the number of slots you've selected. To lower your monthly subscription, reduce your slot count.
Reductions take effect on your next billing date. If you still have more active campaigns than your new slot count allows, the extra campaigns close automatically, starting with the oldest.
Before that date, close the campaigns you no longer need so you can keep the ones you want running.
Yes. You can prepare a gifting-only draft on Free. To share it with creators, switch to Growth and make sure you have a campaign slot available.
Upgrading doesn't share the brief automatically. You'll still need to share it when you're ready.
The minimum cash budget is A$100 for AUD accounts. If your account uses USD, check the minimum shown in your account or ask support before setting your budget.
Some existing clients are on Legacy Pro, a retired US$79 per month plan with a 12% TRF service fee. It isn't available to new subscribers.
If you're on Legacy Pro, you can keep, manage or cancel it. Your TRF service fee remains 12% while you're on that plan; the 4% rate belongs to Growth.
Creator Pro memberships are a separate product from these brand and agency plans.
