Two ways to use TRF: a free plan, and a paid subscription called Pro. Here's exactly what each costs and what you get.
Free. No monthly cost. Run one campaign at a time. When you share a brief, your first applicants arrive within minutes; the rest come through a few a day, and you'll have all of them within two weeks. When you pay a creator, a 20% service fee applies.
Pro. A monthly subscription based on campaign slots — US$49(AU$79inc) for your first slot, US$40(AU$60inc) for each additional one. Each slot lets you run one campaign at a time, and you choose how many slots you're on. Pro gives you every applicant the moment they apply, drops the service fee to 4%, and includes gifting campaigns, AI creator vetting, and Matchie's decision assistant.
That's the whole model. The rest of this page explains the parts people usually ask about.
Pro is priced by slots, not by usage. A slot is capacity for one active campaign. If you want to run two campaigns at once, you hold two slots; if you're down to one, you drop back to one. You set the number and change it whenever you need to — you're never billed automatically for opening a campaign, and you're never stuck paying for slots you've stopped using.
The reason it works this way: a flat monthly fee charges the person running one campaign the same as the person running ten. Slots let you pay for the capacity you actually want, and nothing more.
The service fee sits on top of what you pay the creator — they receive their full quoted amount, and the fee is added to your total. It's 20% on Free and 4% on Pro.
On both plans, the core is the same: you share a brief, creators who want the work apply, and you choose from genuine interest instead of chasing anyone.
The difference is what happens next. On Free, applicants arrive gradually and you pay a 20% fee when you hire someone. On Pro, applicants arrive in real time, the fee is 4%, and you can run gifting campaigns and lean on AI vetting and Matchie as you decide who to work with.
Free is a real way to run a brief and see what comes back. Pro is built for running creator marketing as an ongoing channel rather than a one-off.
Booking floor. On the free plan, a paid collaboration pays the creator at least US$70(AU100). It keeps the briefs creators see worth their time. Pro isn't subject to it.
Tax. US prices exclude tax. For Australian-registered companies, GST applies to TRF's service fee; other clients aren't charged GST — which is why a US and an Australian price can look different side by side.
Currency. You and the creator each transact in your own currency, converted at the day's rate, so amounts can shift slightly between agreement and payment. TRF facilitates payment through Stripe and issues the invoices; it doesn't hold your funds.
